  • 4 cups water
  • 3 green tea bags

Blueberry Puree:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)

Serving:

  • ice cubes for serving
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Green Tea: Boil water in a saucepan, remove from heat, steep green tea bags for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Make Blueberry Puree: Blend blueberries, strain through a sieve to remove skins.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Mix blueberry puree, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ginger into the green tea.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, serve over ice with mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a sparkling version, replace 1 cup of water with sparkling water just before serving.
