- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 6 to 8 woven wheat crackers
Protein Box
- Hardboiled egg, halved
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 ounces mozzarella sticks
- 1/4 cup grapes
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 5 to 6 woven wheat crackers
Instructions
- Prepare Cheese & Cracker Box: Combine cubed sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, almonds, sliced apple, and the woven wheat crackers in a plastic or glass container. Seal and chill in a cooler until ready to eat.
- Prepare Protein Box: Sprinkle the halved hardboiled egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the peanut butter in a small separate container. Arrange the egg, mozzarella sticks, grapes, sliced apple, peanut butter container, and woven wheat crackers together in a plastic or glass container. Seal and chill in a cooler until ready to eat.
