Protein Box

  • Hardboiled egg, halved
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 ounces mozzarella sticks
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1/2 apple, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 5 to 6 woven wheat crackers


Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheese & Cracker Box: Combine cubed sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, almonds, sliced apple, and the woven wheat crackers in a plastic or glass container. Seal and chill in a cooler until ready to eat.
  2. Prepare Protein Box: Sprinkle the halved hardboiled egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the peanut butter in a small separate container.
