  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

For Topping:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the filling: Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Coat and bake: Dip stuffed breasts in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
