- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
For Topping:
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the filling: Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat and bake: Dip stuffed breasts in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Top and bake again: Add marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top, bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving.
