- 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional, replace with broth if desired)
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add broth, lemon juice, white wine, and capers. Simmer until slightly reduced.
- Finish and Serve: Return meatballs to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
