  • 8 ounces canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped (1 can)
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Combine Filling: In a large bowl, place the hot cooked rice, cooked broccoli, shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, chopped water chestnuts, and ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir everything together thoroughly to evenly distribute the flavors and ingredients.
  2. Prepare Wraps: Lay out each whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
