Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Layer: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix melted butter and sugar, add eggs one by one, then vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan and bake.
- Make Mousse Layer: Heat cream in a pan, add chocolate, let sit, then stir. Beat remaining cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
- Assemble: Spread mousse over cooled brownies. Chill for 2 hours before slicing.
