Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray to ensure easy removal and cleanup.
- Mix Eggs and Water: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 large eggs and 1/2 cup of water thoroughly until the mixture is cohesive and smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the Stove Top stuffing mix, 2 pounds of lean ground beef, and 1/4 cup ketchup to the egg mixture. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients evenly and thoroughly, making sure everything is well incorporated.
- Shape Meatloaf: Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and use your hands or a spatula to shape it into a loaf form, pressing it evenly into the pan.
