Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream butter and sugar, add honey, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in sour cream.
- Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet. Fold in diced peaches.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and honey until smooth.
- Fill and Bake: Fill liners with batter, add cream cheese mixture, cover with more batter. Bake 18–22 minutes.
- Cool and Garnish: Cool cupcakes, then garnish with honey and diced peaches.
