- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Optional: crushed graham crackers or banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini tart pans or muffin liners. Chill to set.
- Banana Cream Filling: Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Beat heavy cream until stiff, then fold into pudding. Add banana slices to crusts, top with pudding, and chill.
- Before serving, add whipped cream and garnish.
