Pizza Dough:

Sausage Gravy:
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Cheese Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Eggs:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Prepare the Crust: Roll out pizza dough on the sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
- Cook the Sausage: Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet, add flour, then slowly incorporate milk to make gravy.
