- Assemble the casserole: Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, then arrange tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until tots are crispy and golden.
- Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
