Ingredients
Fudge Brownie Mix:
1 box fudge brownie mix (for a 9×13 pan), plus ingredients listed on the box (usually eggs, oil, and water)
Strawberry Swirl:
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup strawberry jam
White Chocolate Drizzle:
1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Brownie Mix: Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Make the Strawberry Swirl: In a small saucepan, cook chopped strawberries and strawberry jam until slightly thickened. Spoon over the brownie batter and swirl gently.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Prepare the White Chocolate Drizzle: Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil, then stir in vanilla extract and salt. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
- Serve: Allow the chocolate to set before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available—just thaw and drain them first.
- For an extra strawberry punch, add freeze-dried strawberry pieces on top of the white chocolate drizzle.
