Instructions
- Melt Chocolate: Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.
- Coat Cereal: Pour the melted chocolate over the mixed Chex cereals in a large bowl and gently stir to evenly coat the cereal pieces.
- Add Dry Mix: In a large resealable bag or bowl, combine the hot cocoa mix and powdered sugar, then add the chocolate-coated cereal. Toss thoroughly to ensure an even coating of the dry ingredients on the cereal.
- Cool and Mix: Allow the coated cereal to cool completely so the chocolate sets, then fold in mini marshmallows, white baking chips, and chocolate nonpareils gently to incorporate.
