Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs, vanilla, and mix in dry ingredients and milk. Stir in coffee.
  3. Bake the cupcakes: Divide batter into liners and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
