Description

A rich and creamy Vanilla Caramel Latte combining bold espresso with steamed milk, smooth vanilla and caramel syrups, topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle for an indulgent coffee treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Espresso Base

  • 1-2 shots of espresso

Syrups

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup

Milk

  • Steamed milk (about 6-8 oz)

Toppings (Optional)

  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Additional caramel syrup, for drizzling
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Brew the Espresso: Brew a shot (or two) of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker, to create the strong coffee base for your latte.
  2. Steam the Milk: Using a milk frother or stovetop method, steam the milk until it becomes hot and frothy, providing the creamy texture needed for a latte.
  3. Mix Syrups: In your serving glass, add one tablespoon each of vanilla syrup and caramel syrup, then stir well to blend these sweet and aromatic flavors.
  4. Combine: Pour the freshly brewed espresso into the glass with the syrup mixture, then slowly add the steamed milk, pouring gently to create a smooth, creamy blend.
  5. Top with Whipped Cream: Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra layer of indulgence, if desired.
  6. Drizzle with Caramel: Drizzle additional caramel syrup over the whipped cream, and optionally sprinkle with ground cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm, spiced finish.
  7. Serve: Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your homemade Vanilla Caramel Latte.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of vanilla and caramel syrup to taste.
  • Use whole milk for a richer latte or a milk alternative for a dairy-free version.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, add an extra shot of espresso.
  • Whipped cream and spice toppings are optional but add extra flavor and visual appeal.
