- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecan halves

Instructions
- Prepare the Pralines: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Heat until boiling.
- Cook the Mixture: Stir and cook until it reaches 238°F. Remove from heat, add vanilla and pecans.
- Shape the Pralines: Beat until thickened, then drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
- Let Cool: Allow to cool and harden before serving.
